"Packaging was honestly better than I expected"
The box arrived nice and clean, and nothing was rattling around inside. It felt like someone actually took the time to pack everything properly, which I really appreciated. Everything was secure and easy to unpack and put away. Overall, I’m happy with it and don’t really have anything to complain about.

"Always Seems to Be Out of Stock"
Every time I check, the stuff I actually want is gone. Like, I’ll find something I’m ready to buy, and then it’s out of stock again. Frustrating, honestly.

As someone who gets annoyed when online checkout is confusing, I was happy with how simple this was. The checkout went smoothly, and the shipping info was clear the whole time.

"Shipping was painfully slow"
My order took way longer to arrive than I expected, and the tracking info barely updated the whole time, which was frustrating. I mean, it got here eventually and everything was fine, so I guess it wasn’t the end of the world, but the wait was still really annoying...

"Customer service was fine, but a little frustrating"
I was feeling a bit impatient when I reached out, so the slower response time kind of got to me. Support did answer eventually and helped sort things out, but I had to follow up once, which was a little annoying. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just average

"Decent prices, but I noticed the deals are hit or miss"
The prices were okay overall, not super cheap, but not terrible either. After looking through a few items, I started noticing a pattern: some boxes were priced fairly, while others didn’t feel like much of a deal once shipping was added. I’d probably buy again if something I needed was on sale, but I’d definitely compare with a couple other sites first just to make sure it actually works out cheaper

"Good selection and easy to browse"
They had a lot of choices in stock, which was nice because I didn’t have to keep checking other places. I found what I needed quickly, and the site was simple enough to browse, always a plus when you just want to get in and get it done...
